Week 2 AM Running Session

Term 4  morning sessions are up and running. This morning we were out the front of MIS as the track is currently closed. We used the hill to work on some incline and decline plyometrics, explored squatting and lunging, and also worked on some max speed running technique and anaerobic fitness.
